York Region Votes was developed by The CG Group as a public service and as a way of trying to help increase
voter turnout and a more informed voter here in York Region. The website with its Yorkie Blog and regular tweeting is operational only during municipal, provincial or federal election campaigns. It is non-partisan and includes information
on every candidate regardless of political affiliation. Getting out the vote is the job of the candidates, but encouraging people to vote is our collective responsibility. Take the duty to heart and get the government we need and deserve.
